From a young age, I have always found joy in writing; in fact, I consider it very therapeutic, much like dressmaking, dancing, relaxing and walking . To write a successful bid and understand the process I go through in my writing here are the top tips to write a bid , you must avoid these common mistakes.

You need to fully understand the task or question and address all the requirements and follow all the submittal instructions and deadline instructions .

It's advisable to refrain from using words or making claims that you cannot support with evidence or examples.

Avoid using language that is confusing or overly technical unless the document is a technical brief, bid, or tender.

Through writing contracts in buying and studying law and practice at the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives level three, I have learned how to draft contracts using a checklist that addresses all necessary aspects of all the written documents requirements. Well-crafted bids, tenders, contracts, purchase orders, or brief documents require a clear beginning, middle, and end, and they should be visually appealing to the recipient.
